We were hired to evaluate existing facility conditions, space utilization and ultimately to define a master plan for the Albia School District. The Board is interested in energy efficient buildings, improved classroom environment, adding a performing arts space and abolishing all mobile classrooms. We talked with them about options to achieve these goals and the appropriate phasing. The final package defined a plan or at least a reference path for future projects.
