This coffee house is meant to serve as a flagship store for the client. The structure is an existing historic brick building on the edge of the Sherman Hills neighborhood. The design incorporates historic elements with modern details as well as sustainable, energy-efficient concepts to create a unique and eclectic space. The project may also attenpt to achieve LEED certification.
