This engineering firm in Des Moines was very busy with new work and hiring new staff, and needed to expand into an adjacent office space. Our first task was to help them define a new plan which addressed this immediate growth, but also allowed for future changes. We discussed with the client the need to keep the project simple, within a small budget, and to see it completed as quickly as possible. To accomplish these goals we worked with the existing plan to create a great new work environment that brought in elements of the existing building to create a cohesive project.
