The 216 Court building is located within the Court Avenue entertainment district in downtown Des Moines. The building has been renovated to a shell and core finish to create space for four commercial units. The ground level houses Legends American Bar & Grill and AK O'Conners, Liars Club and CC Taft and Company on the second and Peoples Court on the third. The project is pursuing historical tax credits by preserving defining elements of the buildings original design.
