The Court Avenue Apartments are located in the historic Court Avenue entertainment district in downtown Des Moines. The top three floors have been converted into market-rate 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, while the center portion at street level houses the leasing office, community rooms, and business center for the apartments. The exterior character of the building has been preserved, and has been placed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
